The seem in between the toes broke, making the shoes completely unwearable. I was still in the midst of breaking them in. Where that leather rubs between the toes is really painful.
I’m addicted to heels but I like flip flops for the summer time so this shoe was exact. I find it very comfortable and right to size. Every girlfriend and female family member questioned where they could get a pair.
Like this shoe! Very comfortable and not glitzy or shiny. Has wooden look heel that makes it not so dressy. Fantastic sandal for all around wear.
I now confess these sandals in three colors. Last March I bought my first pair at Macy’s on sale for $60. At Amazon’s incredible price, I chose I needed a couple more pairs. You can feel the “Steve Madden” tag when first putting them on, but either it has gotten softer or I have gotten used to it. Like them.
I confess several pairs of similar Steve Madden shoes, and this particular pair of shoes met my expectations: decent quality, nothing incredible. No surprises. I have a wide bottom, and these are pretty comfortable; they don’t feel like they are always going to fall off. I did add a small bottom cushion to make it more comfortable for longer wear. Bottom Petals work particularly well because the shape lets you position the cushion right up in front, around the thong strap, so that it’s really under the ball of your bottom.
